I worked closely with the Foundation and Council to achieve the Master Plan that supports and enhances the Cranbrook experience for students. I oversaw the Philanthropy team making a difference to children's lives with the help of corporates and philanthropists. ChildFund Australia is an independent and non-religious international development organisation that works to reduce poverty for children in the developing world. We implement programs with a range of local partners in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and Vietnam, and manage projects delivered by partner organisations throughout Asia, Africa and the Americas.

ChildFund is the principal charity partner of the Rugby World Cup 2019 and managing our corporate partnerships for this special project enables us to fund ChildFund Pass It Back, our tag-rugby sport for development program.

In my role as Director of Advancement I built nurturing relationships for enhanced and positive community engagement with alumni and parents of St Paul's College.St Paul’s College is an Anglican college of and within the University of Sydney, independently governed by the St Paul’s College Council, comprising the Warden and 18 Fellows. Founded under the St Paul’s College Act, 1854, it is Australia’s oldest university college at Australia’s oldest university.

I ensured UCLA is strategic in its engagement with Corporations and Foundations by providing information and analysis, strategies and relationship development plans. The UCLA Office of Corporate, Foundation and Research Relations (CFRR) assists corporations and foundations in structuring collaborative alliances with UCLA that meet the strategic goals of all participants. CFRR serves as the primary point of entry for corporations and foundations to explore: Philanthropic support Intellectual property opportunities Technology transfer opportunities Recruiting Research alliances Continuing education

In this role, I worked with the University's senior leadership to develop successful engagement strategies with its supporters. I also project managed the Development teams engagement through financial tracking, relationship mapping and accountability. And I worked on a committee that developed the University's first Alumni recognition and engagement program.With a total enrolment of over 37,000 students, UTS is one of the largest universities in Australia. UTS offers over 130 undergraduate and 210 postgraduate courses across traditional and emerging disciplines such as architecture, built environment, business, communication, design, education, engineering, information technology, international studies, law, midwifery, nursing, pharmacy and science.

I ensured success in fundraising and philanthropy for the University by providing information and analysis, strategies and relationship development plans. In this dynamic role, I worked on the international World AIDS Day fundraising Red Ribbon Appeal, developed the Regular Giving program, managed the Annual Appeal, regularly project managed events both large and small for community awareness and support, served on committees for homophobic violence and support networks for teens, I also oversaw a 250 person strong volunteer team and managed a relationship with the Board of Management.ACON is New South Wales’ leading health promotion organisation specialising in HIV and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) health. Incorporated in 1985 as the AIDS Council of NSW, ACON has been widely recognised as an innovative, successful organisation which has adapted to changes in the HIV epidemic and responded early to emerging health issues among our communities.

I provided administrative support as well as the coordination of interviews, recruitment profiling and performing psychometric testing on executive candidates for senior roles.The first choice in the delivery of consistent, innovative people solutions, while providing a supportive and fun environment that enables people to achieve excellence in everything they do.
