Lead a team of Vietnamese IT professional in the design, implementation, and delivery of the following projects:1. Content Services v2.0. This project is a redesign of the old Content Services that manages the download request of mobile content to subscribers. This new version includes the following enhancements: restructured database, object-based PHP design, distribution code and third-party content, better WAP Push download process.2. Automated Billing Reports. This project structures the billing process to clients into an automated, monthly billing report system. Instead of the old process where data for billing is gathered and sent by email manually, this project automates the gathering, computation, and sending of the billing reports to more than 10 clients.3. MBOX Web Messenger v2.0. This project is a redesign of the old Web Messenger that sends SMS to recipients. The new version includes the following enhancements: address book, scheduler, sender’s signature, CSV-stored recipients, faster processing, and a new UI.

1. CleverTrainer for PalmOS. A learning tool that enhances German, Chinese, Vietnamese and English vocabularies. Synchronizes with vocabulary in PC. Used Codewarrior for PalmOS v9.2. CleverTrainer for PocketPC. A learning tool that enhances German, Chinese, Vietnamese and English vocabularies. Synchronizes with vocabulary in PC. Used Embedded Visual C++ 3.0.3. Cleverlearn SMS Gateway. An inbound/outbound SMS gateway that utilizes Nokia D211 multimode card. This application is utilized by another application that sends translation of a given word via mobile phone. Developed using Visual C++ 6.0 and ND211 SDK.4. CleverTrainer Desktop Tool. A desktop tool that compliments the CleverTrainer PDA application. This application synchronizes personal vocabularies contained in an external storage (MMC,SDC,MS) with that in a database server. Developed using Visual C++ 6.0.5. CleverHandy. A suite of products compose of english word translation to native language (Deutsch, Chinese, and Vietnamese), vocabulary enhancer, and TOEIC services. These three services are delivered via SMS with inbounds located in German, China, and Vietnam. The SMS gateway supporting the inbound and outbound request in China and Vietnam is handled by an inhouse-developed sms gateway, the Cleverlearn SMS Gateway (refer to item 3).6. Mobile PV. A prototype midlet (application) for the Series 40/Series 60 mobile phones. Written on J2ME and MIDP, this midlet connects to the Personal Vocabulary (PV) server and gets the word entries of a particular user given his email, password, and dictionary. The word entries get stored in the mobile phone with its translations, thus providing the user a personal vocabulary on-the-go. Developed under the Windows platform for Series 40/Series 60 phones using J2ME, MIDP, and Java Wireless Toolkit 2.2.
