As an agile executive with decades of experience in international Aerospace and Defense companies I have an established track record of transforming organizations, processes and systems to deliver savings. I am a highly adaptive leader of both tactical and strategic initiatives with the proven ability to establish proactive practices to identify and mitigate risk.I joined L3Harris in August 2020 as the Senior Director of Supply Chain in the Integrated Missions Segment and transitioned to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Corporate in December 2021. I am responsible for transforming the Supply Chain organization for direct and indirect category management and enterprise contracting. I lead diverse teams that are responsible for spend over $2B annually.Prior to L3Harris, I had a successful career with The Boeing Company where I had the opportunity to grow and develop my skills and knowledge of the industry.Senior Director Business Integration and Analytics: In this role I focused on transforming the Supply Chain organization which includes the processes, service delivery and systems. I led the Enterprise Supply Chain organization through the transformation of the Procure-to-Pay value stream, Contract Lifecycle Management and Supplier Relationship Management. Director of Compliance and Risk Corporate Contracts: In this role I monitored and interpreted acquisition regulatory changes; engaged in mergers & acquisitions; established processes and business systems; and ensured compliance by the business units or operating groups. I led the Contracting Functional Leadership Team (CFLT), an integrated team of Contracts, Supplier Management, and Intellectual Property Management contracting professionals that addressed complex contracting issues. I began my career at the Boeing Company in 1997 where I started as an Industrial Engineer Analyst. After gaining production experience I moved to Supplier Management where I held positions in most category groups, compliance, production readiness and other positions along the complete supply chain lifecycle. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.
