Specialized in larger industrial refrigeration, liquid overfeed ammonia systems and RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water), skilled in all parts of refrigeration.-Supervised the installation of and commissioning of more than 120 RSW plants on ships and land with refrigeration capacity ranging from 250 Kw to 2.600 Kw cooling capacity-Supervised the installation of and commissioned more than 20 freezing systems on ships (Ship based freezing systems ranging from 30 – 100 tons/24 hr freezing capacity)-Land based mostly 100 metric ton/24hr blast freezers and related freezing storage-Training operators in the most efficient way to operate their plant.-Training operators in performing maintenance on their plant.-Provide telephone support to operators.-Designing, developing and programing of HMI interfaces-Basic PLC programming-Provide PLC programmers with insight on how refrigeration systems work, helpin developing better PLC programs with focus on safety, efficiency and energy saving.-Service, and overhaul all components, electrical or mechanical on any refrigeration plant.-Highly experienced in troubleshooting, has the ability to visualize the entire plant and control system as one.-Howden compressors, in depth knowledge of WRV255-163 and XRV127-204.-Result oriented, but safety comes first, always.-I like to be hands on and get dirty...
