Forward-thinking executive leadership of the Fund, including strategic planning and implementation, grantmaking, advocacy, fundraising, and business operations. Provides strategic executive leadership to sustain, elevate, and enhance all organization activities. Thought leader in philanthropy, advocacy, women's economic empowerment, reproductive justice, racial equity, women's safety, nonprofit leadership, and board governance. *Implemented effective advocacy programs through vigorous outreach to elected officials, government agencies, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, universities, and more to drive systemic change for women and girls.*Fully restructured grantmaking and advocacy programs to align with organization’s 5-year research report findings.*Conceived and oversaw complete overhaul of data gathering metrics and procedures for more effective board, operations, and program evaluation.*Incorporated diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion initiatives into all aspects of operations. *Oversaw challenging strategic planning process, corresponding board turnover, and adoption and implementation of final ambitious, DEI-focused five-year strategic plan. *Led comprehensive implementation of new and existing software to maximize systems integration and staff efficiency. The Fund for Women and Girls leads and unites the Chester County community through philanthropy and advocacy to ensure that women and girls have opportunities and resources to thrive. Since 1996, we have supported women and girls through various efforts, including fundraising, grantmaking, and educational opportunities. Since our inception, we have awarded more than $4 million in grants to 86 nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs.
