Since 2012, she has officially begun her teaching career at Open University as a lecturer at Information Technology Department, with her major in Information Systems. In 2007, she got the Quota Scheme Scholarship from the Norwegian Government for the Master program at University of Oslo (Norway) in Information Systems. And she graduated in 2009 with thesis graded B for topic: "Challenges of Health Information Systems Programs in Developing Countries: Success and Failure The cases of Thua Thien Hue province and Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam".
