Born and raised in Jamaica I have acquired a palate and unique style of cooking. My flavors are spot on and I settle for nothing but the best quality in each and every ingredients. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over ten years both front and back-of-the-house. I started working in a famous hotel in Jamaica, Almond Tree Restaurant and Lodge. Shortly after, I moved to New York to get a better education and degree. Currently, I have my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. I have cooked in many kitchens both locally and internationally. Just recently, I went to Italy to test my knowledge and creativity. This experience has set me apart from anyone around my age group. I have worked in some of New York finest restaurants as well as here in Westchester where I reside.
