- Devkan Enterprises is a leading commercial bakery in Kenya.- Managed their Bakersland (premium) and Selecta (more affordable) bread brands, and the firm’s overall business development.- My work led to both brands regaining post-pandemic lost market share and increased customer satisfaction (based on collected feedback data).- Performed market and consumer preferences research and, subsequently, launched their very successful new Believe brand, which is proving to be an increasing source of revenue and currently accounts for 16% of Devkan Enterprises’ total sales.

- Developed and implemented an email targeting campaign, and other marketing strategies, to acquire new, high value and long-term clients. - My work resulted in Grant Thornton securing St. Luke’s Hospital and Meridian Healthcare as long-term clients.

- Managed Tsavo Glass’s entire product line and brands portfolio and refined their corporate brand and growth strategies.- My work secured Tatu City (their biggest client who has generated 8.44M KES worth of revenue) and various private property developer clients, and this helped Tsavo break even in the 2021 FY.

- Developed and launched various Safaricom, KCB’s new mortgage, student loans and internet banking products, for the Kenyan & Rwandan markets, and Cytonn Investments’ multi-channelled international investor attraction marketing campaigns.
