I use customer service skills to sell products within the club. These products include drinks, food, bottles of alcohol, sections, and hookahs. I spend a lot of time going around the club ensuring that the guests are okay or have been tended to. My main focus as a waitress at this Lounge/restaurant is providing guests with a delightful experience, while ensuring I make money for the club as well as myself being that my income comes from tips.
