Over the last 35 years of my career, I have been an investment strategist, a portfolio manager, a manager of a portfolio management unit, Conducting Officer of a well-esteemed ManCo, a manager of a distribution company, a company owner and a board member. I spent some 23 days in retirement before I realised that the sum of my experiences could be of use to companies in the financial sector. So I embarked on a new career as a consultant.I am intensely curious about all the new developments in the sector. Over the past two years, I have mainly been active in understanding the far-reaching implications of the EU's ESG project. I can also help with the analysis of investment processes, risk management, board governance and quite a few other topics.
