 Work collective with Risk management and Group operations to designs all policy and procedures; Interact with Medical assistants relative to referral process and tracking of mammography, colonoscopies, biopsies and other chronic care screening; Responsible for scheduling training classes, seminars, and conferences; Obtain and review all progress notes , diagnosis ,consultation's and referrals.  Additionally, secure evidence of treatment and follow up testing procedures and results to ensure all quality of care protocol are applied and adhered to; Provide Review and oversight of all related diagnostic and treatment protocols provided by physicians, hospitals, care providers and vendors; Review and audit identified patients' or target patient populations medical records (charts and electronic records) relative to documentation of diagnostic and treatment procedures Report all process and procedural deviations to the Director Risk Management  Enter and Monitor all data into Excel and Access
