As a server at LeTour, a French and Moroccan fusion restaurant in Evanston, I delivered exceptional customer service and satisfaction, while supporting the team and the management in achieving the highest standards of quality and efficiency. I have also trained new team members, conducted collaborative research and development, and directed a functional team in creating and organizing quality-controlled products.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, and minor in Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Minnesota, where I am learning how to build and maintain sustainable supply chains, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking and skills to solve real-world problems. I am passionate about how small businesses can contribute to local economies and communities, and how hospitality can create memorable and meaningful experiences for customers. I have gained invaluable connections and advice from working in the hospitality industry for over seven years, starting from washing dishes to serving customers. I also love exploring, spending time with my family and friends, and learning about wine education and distribution. I enjoy watching soccer, and have traveled solo to fifteen different countries in Europe, which has broadened my perspective and enriched my knowledge of cultural roles and expectations.
