I work on the Direct to Consumer Team for VSP Vision Care. As the only non-for-profit vision care company, VSP's D2C Team is focused on providing value, choice and quality eye care to people who don't have access to employer-sponsored vision benefits or are looking to supplement their Medicare. With increasing health care costs, VSP Individual Vision Plans represent an alternative in the vision benefit space. I manage the marketing program for the partner and broker channel supporting growth for all new Individual Vision Plan partner sales and existing indirect corporate partnerships. I am responsible for overall marketing strategy and budget allocation to encourage business development and sales through customized and comprehensive end-to-end programs including training, education, brand loyalty, incentive and activation events; B2C lead nurturing, PPC retargeting, portal enhancements and email/direct mail campaigns. I work with partner teams of Sales, Account Management, Communications, Creative and Employer B2B Marketing to create partner-centric relationships where we weave into and leverage existing marketing ecosystems to bring more people greater access to a quality vision benefit. We work towards data-driven results for the largest insurance providers and platforms in the industry. I value collaborative strategic plan development and implementation.
