Atlanta Metropolitan Area

Occupancy Planner/Project management for two Gwinnett Medical tenant renovations, Ansley Golf Club (tennis center, dining facility, pool pavilion), Atlanta Housing Authority -7 floors-restroom renovation . Kim has 10 years of facility management experience at UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Responsibilities include MAC- moves, adds and changes during weekly moves. Projects include moving 300+ people in 5 phases out of the UPS Roswell facility into the Alpharetta UPS HQ. I was in charge of all aspects of this project, from planning the new locations of all departments, planning phasing and coordination with mover. Responsible for closing the UPS Carson, CA office and consolidating and moving 200 people to a new location. Project also involved locating, inventory and design of workstations in the new space as well choosing finishes. Newark, DE 2010- planning and project management of the consolidation of two facilities in Delaware and moving 200 cubes/offices in 5 phases to the new location. Chose all interior finishes for the new facility.
