Returning to work after maternity leave, my role at Precise evolved into one of Operations. A major strategic move for Precise was to become a Solution Provider for another ERP system to widen our market opportunities. I was responsible for the due diligence and successful negotiation of a partnership with NetSuite. Our organisation now has two business units - Precise ERP and Precise Products - with a General Manager for each. My current role is to ensure that each of these departments have the support and services required to be successful in their own right;- Business Strategy and Initiatives- Office Management- Staff Meetings- Human Resources- Budgeting and Financials- Internal Systems and Processes

During this time, we employed a Product Manager as this side of our business had grown immensely. I continued to work with the Products team on software design as well as implementing our product locally and overseas. I also had the opportunity to start working on strategic initiatives in the organisation. I worked part-time between maternity leave from September 2007 to February 2010 when I had my two beautiful children, Lucy and Alex.

Precise started to develop add on applications to the ERP systems we were partnering. We developed Precise POS and it became commercial as we started to sell it within the Partner community. I took on the role of Product Manager to support this. Tasks included;- Product Marketing- Software Design- Management of Issues system- Technical Writing- QA Testing- Deployment/Delivery of version releases- Retail implementations, systems consulting using Precise POS

Purchased Precise Business Systems with partner Mark Batina and built the business starting with 3 employees, eventually changing our business name to Precise Business Solutions. During this time we became a Solution Provider for Greentree Sofware as well as Platinum Software (now Epicor). My role continued as a Systems Consultant as well as running the business with my business partner Mark. Role included;- Project Management- Business Analysis- Installation- Design and Configuration- Training and Ongoing Support- Report Writing

BJC CSD and Precise Business Systems merged, giving me the opportunity to broaden my experience through a larger client base. My role as an ERP/Business Software consultant involved implementing software solutions using CBA software. Role included;- Business Analysis- Installation- Design and Configuration- Training and Ongoing Support- Report Writing

This was my first step into the ERP/Business Software world. My role at BJC (now William Buck) was working for the Computer Services Division as a Support Consultant. BJC was a Solution Provider for CBA Software and my role included;- Help Desk type support via phone- Onsite installation of software- Hardware configurations- Bookkeeping duties for BJC CSD

This was my first fulltime job and I gained a lot of experience while working at Simsmetal, not to mention a love for helping people solve their computer issues and a passion for application support. My role here included;- Data Entry- Reconciliations- Advanced Excel work- Assistance in the Preparation of Financial Reports- End of Month processes
