Throughout my diverse career, my role has consistently been to analyze risk and provide the team with the tools and training required to ensure success while developing the systems and structures necessary for smooth and risk free operations. I have overseen several small businesses, managed teams, and coordinated complex grant and project initiatives. I have had the opportunity to work with private, corporate, state, federal and international Government/Institutional funders to achieve successful outcomes.I have learned to balance competing priorities and be adaptable to ever changing landscapes. I am solution oriented and always dig deeper and ask the why? I understand and thrive in demanding and challenging environments where diverse tasks and competing responsibilities are the day-to-day norm.
