I am responsible for the administrative tasks to keep Business Navigators running as an organization including communications, digital marketing, event organization, managing the application process, and helping several of the committees with their plans.

I manage company specific special projects. That involves coordinating and/or supervising the activities of personnel, at all levels of the organization, involved in the development and implementation of special projects. Here are some of the details of what I do: Assess departmental priorities and objectives and make action recommendations. Consult, negotiate and execute integrated partnerships. Work with teams internally to generate and develop new programs, processes and partnerships. Manage client partnership priorities and objectives with internal and external stakeholders including managing integration timelines and work plans. Effectively cope with change and able to decide and act without having the total picture. Make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment. Learn quickly when facing new problems; analyze both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and will try anything to find solutions. Has a in depth understanding of how the company functions internally and externally. Communicates clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles with a compelling and inspired vision. Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done; knows how to organize people and activities; understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow; knows what to measure and how to measure it; can see opportunities for synergy and integration; can simplify complex processes; gets more out of fewer resources.
