Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, oversee the payroll processing for their company, and provide award-winning customer service while presenting resolutions to customer's questions. I establish and maintain a professional and positive relationship with all customer accounts. Additionally, I stay up to date on various system platforms and new technology enhancements that Paycom has to offer companies in order to better assist Paycom's customers.Additionally, I was able to assist the new hire training program. I helped new specialist’s understand what their role would look like and helped provide them feedback, guidance and more in depth knowledge based on my previous experience with the company. I loved being able to see them succeed and grow.

Excited to be apart of such a great organization. I have been brought on to help organize running training courses and can't wait to get those underway. In the meantime, I will work to assist our other instructors with any covering they need for their classes.

Due to my 100% retention of customers and my love for helping others develop in their career path, I was interviewed in November 2015 and promoted from a Senior Payroll Specialist to a Payroll Team Leader. In this capacity, I am responsible for assisting Payroll Specialists with all their responsibilities to ensure the highest level of customer service and retention. The following are some of the duties that apply within my current position: I overview that all assigned team payrolls are processed accruately and timely. I assume responsbility for ensuring that my team members are timely and accurately repsonding to calls and emails from clients on a daily basis.I empower and train my team members to be able to research, track and resolve customer's needs in a timely basis.I regularly hold one-on-ones with my team members to encourage, coach and promote their growth in their career.I help establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, personnel and Paycom management. I assist Paycom management with special projects including quarter-end and year-end processes.

In my position, I have the opportunity to be a leader internally with leading my team members as well as mentor new specialists at Paycom. I have been involved with the mentoring program at Paycom since becoming eligible as a senior specialist. I love assisting new specialists by helping them learn and succeed in their career at Paycom.

As a Sales Lead, I was responsible for demonstrating excellent selling behaviors and floor leadership, create a positive work environment and execute operational processes and objectives in compliance with the companies standards and policies. With hard work and loyalty, I successfully demonstrated these responsibilities in everything I did and continue to do. Within my first year of being promoted to the Sales Lead position, I helped the company achieve a 16% increase in sales. I continued to help the company increase their sales by demonstrating above and beyond customer service which made me be frequently mentioned in customer volunteered store surveys. I always effectively made each customer feel important, discover and meet their individual needs and made a connection with them.

Produced a visual marketing campaign for an emerging company. My photography work was displayed in store, online and in print campaigns.
