As an executive administrative assistant at Steger Bizzell, I provide high-level support to the executive team, managing their schedules, correspondence, and reports as needed. In my role, I assist in submittals required for high level projects coordinating at city, county and state level. I also assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I leverage my Microsoft 365 skills to optimize my work and collaborate with others, using tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Before joining Steger Bizzell, I was an administrative development coordinator at Jonah Water Special Utility District for over seven years, where I played a key role in facilitating new developmental projects within the district. I performed various administrative duties, such as data entry, record keeping, and procedure implementation. I am passionate about providing excellent administrative service and contributing to the success of the organizations I work with. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. I pride myself on my tenacious work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail.
