• Primary contact for ALL Transunion EDI work including projects, resubmits, manual report generation, new line of business payer modify/adjust logic review, making technology case requests to update or add logic to existing or new payer IDs and monitoring day to day production• Research, analyze and address missing claim statuses from production reports• Train new and junior team member in production processes and techniques• Assist team members with production issues• Parse Error and Audit responses according to the routes assigned• Research and address customer service and implementation cases according to department standards• Contact intermediaries and payers to resolve missing claim files, responses and remits• Monitor file transfers for assigned routes• Maintain a full understanding of claim response reports for all assigned routes• Analyze parser errors and effectively communicate program requirements for Development• Understand and work with all healthcare X12 transactions• Constantly pursue better responses: claim level acknowledgements for both rejected and accepted claims• Develop, maintain and continuously enhance documentation for research of responses to be used by Development, Operations and Production team members• Constantly pursue better communications options for automation, security, and performance • Communicate with internal department to limit rejected claims at the route, provider and payer level• Review communications from payer technical bulletins, email alerts, and mailings to ensure issues are communicated and handled appropriately• Contribute to the continuing population and enrichment of a route contact database, including escalation contacts and direct connect information• Perform other duties and /or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control• Experience with 270/271, 999, 997, 835, 277CA, 837I, 837P X12 transactions

• Analyzing 999, 277 and NONX12 Payer reports to apply claim level, contract level or global validations to lower claim rejection rates and reduce the number of days it takes a provider to receive payment• Build payer/route relationships to improve our payer/route validations to reduce rejections and denials while working directly with them• Report analysis/Powerpoint presentation including percentages of impact to overall client revenue, list of common rejections (both payer and ZirMed) and then make recommendations on best steps to improve and fix the issues. • Analyzing Batch rejection reports to put in batch level relaxations/validations to allow more batches to be processed, advise providers up front of issues and reduce calls• Mapping payer/intermediary rejection messages so that they appear more clear and easy to understand to assist providers with correcting them self-sufficiently.• Creating Solution articles specific to rejection messages to help with step by step instructions and screen shots to assist with rejection resolutions.
