Working with the Gateway's executive leadership team to support corporate strategies and initiatives in a chief of staff role.

Oversees the strategies for Recruitment, Employee Relations and HRIS functions in order to effectively recruit and retain the best team members. Works with hiring managers across all business lines to identify key needs and utilizes effective recruitment techniques. Responsible for managing employee relations activities, affirmative action program, and unemployment claims as well as the HRIS system. This position interfaces with employees, government agencies, and legal counsel (internal and external), as well as advising managers and employees on issues.
