- Led pharmacy services for a four hospital health system consisting of 1100 beds- The system contains decentralized clinical services, automated distribution cabinets and carousels, advanced sterile compounding workflow, 340B program, retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, discharge medication delivery, residency program.

- Managed and led programs, activities and personnel related to Clinical Pharmacy Services, Formulary Management, Medication Safety and Drug Budget Oversight for a large 1500 bed Academic Medical Center- Interfaces with Nursing and Medical Leadership on issues of Medication Safety, Medication-related regulatory compliance and drug utilization. - Coordinate all clinical pharmacy services and programs ensuring that the these services promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapies- Oversees managers and pharmacy specialists in the areas of Hospital Value Based Purchasing Program, Ambulatory and Acute Care Clinical Pharmacy Services, Formulary Management and Drug Information Services- Responsible for advancing clinical pharmacy services in relation to hospital and department performance metrics including Patient Experience and Clinical Processes of Care and Outcomes.

Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery - Drug Use Optimization: Evaluate and execute cost saving initiatives and serve as the Clinical Advisor to the Cardiology P&T Subcommittee.- Clinical Quality Improvement: Implement processes to improve patient safety, efficiency and quality measures.- Clinical Pharmacy Services: Serve as the cardiology and critical care pharmacotherapy expert for the Pharmacy Department and Heart Center including Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging. Patient rounds in coronary care.- Education and Training: Precept students and residents educate medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. Present continuing education programs and lectures.
