Provide support to the Technology department consisting of over 400 employees. Routinely manage calendars for directors, team schedules, and events for the department. Provide accounting assistance by managing budgets for projects and general ledgers, managing approvals for projects and software renewals, processing and tracking invoices, manage technology reimbursement program, and reviewing and reconciling employee credit card statements. Routinely manage daily, monthly, and yearly tasks while maintaining two shared inboxes receiving requests and one Jira board.

Managed all office responsibilities for the Financial Advisor including communicating as first point-of-contact for clients, preparing and processing paperwork, managing the Advisor's calendar and appointments, updating customer data, auditing the branch SOP and updating procedure as needed for efficiency.

Facilitated and maintained connections with consumer and commercial customers through new accounts and account management. Worked closely with management on operational projects and assisted with large transaction approvals, vault runs, and helped deescalate issues for tellers and other bankers.
