The Healthy Reference Set will be about 50 different types of normal blood cells obtained from healthy individuals. The first aim of this study is to get a better understanding of epigenetic changes (promoter methylation) that appear in BTG2 and IKZF1 and related family genes (IKZF2 and IKZF3) in diagnosis and relapsed ALL. The second aim of this study is to find out to which target genes are regulated by IKZF1, including regulation of its own gene expression.
