As an entrepreneur I launched an agency that advised clients on how to strengthen their relationship marketing through digital tools including CRMs and community platforms. I also built a creative team devoted to developing innovative brand campaigns to drive customer acquisition and lifelong retention. As a marketing visionary I transformed marketing operations for a global franchise organization that changed a 40 year old operating model and focused on using metrics to advise brand and product campaign development. As a branding expert I led the rebranding of a company across 28 countries, building them into a recognizable global brand with premium brand values consumers could relate to and trust. As a digital strategist I advised both clients and organizations on new media including social platforms to engage with employees and customers to drive brand awareness and performance results. As a senior management team member I currently develop strategies, structures, budgets, products, and people for a global team.As a global citizen I speak 4 languages and understand the subtleties of developing good marketing campaigns to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment. Building relationships with consumers is something that never ends. I’m always working to keep the momentum and to keep consumers coming to and connecting with the brand.
