I am an agile, enterprising, collaborative, client-focused, and mission-driven business leader who has successfully managed global client accounts across multiple industries as well as numerous internal organizations. Engaging diverse, high-performing teams [ranging from 10 to 225 members located around the world] has been key to achieving strategic initiatives, addressing critical business needs, designing innovative solutions, and delivering quality services. In addition, as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and Guardian Ad Litem for children removed from their homes by CPS, I provide a voice for these children before District Court Judges as well as advocate for new legislation before Texas State Senators and Representatives. The cumulative experiences of my various roles have honed my leadership competencies and business acumen as well as my organizational and change management skills. Given that these skills are utilized across all industries, I completed nonprofit management training to build upon my nonprofit volunteer and for-profit corporate knowledge.
