I am a Vice President of US National Operations with 20+ years of high-level, executive experience leading successful QSR operations. Through my tenure with McDonald’s, I have mastered diverse areas of operational expertise, including franchisee relationship management, innovation development, and strategic growth planning on a domestic and global scale.
