I handle 360 life cycle recruiting. I handle all , screening applicants, interviewing candidates, checking references, setting in person interview with candidates and hiring managers, and, providing the job offer to qualified candidates, scheduling new hire physicals, handling onboarding documents with new hires and ensuring the candidate is prepared on their start date.

• Source candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures.• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System.• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities• Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees

• Direct and coordinate legal activities, scheduling deliveries of subpoenas, and organizing receiving of record files.• Create and edit website for attorney.• Conduct legal research to investigate facts and case laws to find examples ofhistorical precedent and assist in preparing documents for clients.• Search public records for information on current cases.• Responsible for organizing, classifying, and maintaining all documentation forattorney.

Solely responsible for 360 recruiting for all the employees.Constantly update and refresh job description and listings for all positions. Addressing employee grievances and provide relevant counseling. Develop Human Resources policies and procedures handbook.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.I determine the applicant requirements by studying the job description and their job qualifications. I attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. I determine applicant qualifications by interviewing all qualified applicants; analyze their responses; verify their references; and compare qualifications to job the requirements. I also work with the CRM System daily.

I screen resumes and find qualified candidates for the position at hand. I then phone interview them and if that goes well I set up an interview with the company. I follow up along the hiring process and make sure the candidate makes it through training. I call 100 + candidates daily.
