I love helping people and find it an honor to find people jobs. I have always known I would do a job that helps people somehow. I never knew it would be recruiting and the real impact of finding someone a job is until I became a recruiter. I've had people tell me they were having troubles feeding their children, paying bills and just buying the essentials and now they are able to provide for their families and take care of all their expenses all the while saving money as well. To know I can help someone who is down financially and see them before and after they get hired is literally like seeing two different people. Some people come to me emotionally broken and I love, more than anything seeing the person they become once they get hired. After they get hired one major thing changes they have hope for the future. Though the gift baskets and cards from candidates after hired are heartwarming and appreciated, the real thing or gift I love the most is the transformation in the person. The transformation of being beaten down and feeling like giving up to feeling on top of the world, and I get all this pleasure from just doing my job. That is why I love recruiting.
