Oversee and develop policies, rituals, and programs that support students' academic success, organize and plan school events to promote positive school culture, lead restorative conversations/circles with students, conduct behavioral meetings and suspension hearings for students which includes involvement of parents and faculty, create and maintain relationships with families and collaborate with them on individual students’ plan for success, proactively circulate throughout classrooms during the day to gain valuable data on student behavior, support teachers in classroom management and culture by providing observational feedback.

Teach 8th grade math. Act as a liaison between 8th grade staff and Leadership Team.
