As a SAFe Program Consultant and Release Train Engineer at Northrop Grumman, one of the world's largest aerospace and defense technology companies, I have over 25 years of experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams and stakeholders in the delivery of large-scale and complex projects involving multi-cloud solutions, software development, and data security. I am passionate about applying modern methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, and SAFe, to optimize processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure value delivery and customer satisfaction.In my current role, I am responsible for directing operations, planning increments and iterations, managing risks, overseeing ART flow, creating executive reports, and supervising Agile development teams for our AWS, Azure, Multi-Cloud program.
