With strategic finesse, I forge partnerships, spark innovation, and conjure ingenious solutions that ignite the flames of inspiration in the hearts of our girls. My mission is to ensure that every girl has the opportunity to dream in color and live a life that aligns with their potential, and the growth of our program has made it possible for more girls to have access to our work. With over 300 volunteers, a growing staff, more school partners and increased net assets, I have a proven track record of positioning my organization for impactful community change. After 20 years in the public sector, I have the ability to design organizations, programs and businesses that disrupt social inequities. Furthermore, as I think about meaningful change, true progress begins by investing in girls as they have the ability to dynamically transform communities, countries and the world.
