Kimberlee Young is Vice President of Operations, and co-founder of Vault Bioventures, a life sciences consultancy dedicated to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. Along with her husband, Joe Young, Kimberlee oversees all aspects of the company, including business strategy and planning, operations, infrastructure development and marketing. She has a personal passion for efficiency and discovering new and improved ways to manage the business. Kimberlee has been instrumental in developing VBI’s company culture through the development of the company's core values, and helping to build an amazing team of professionals who treat each other like family. “I am proud of the impeccable level of service we provide to each client and for the environment we have created in which our team members truly enjoy coming to work each day.
