Consultancy with parents: helping parents to understand how to make the education system work for their child and how they can support their children in their learning. Supporting parents to find the right learning institutions and approaches for their child. Helping parents to network within a supportive community of like-minded parents.Tutoring at KS1 and KS2: finding out what learning tools are missing from their tool box and developing their holistic learning and metacognitive aptitudes, their curriculum knowledge and understanding of the world around them. Devised and set up a Forest School that all children from age 4 to 11 attend. Written all policies, aims and pedagogy and aligned this with the whole school ethos. Developed strong links with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth and safe running of Forest School, feeding back on children’s developments with detailed observations and notes.
