I am currently a second-year Change Management Lead at the Ministry of Defence. In this role i will be assessing change readiness at an organisational and people level. Identifying, planning and coordinating activities to build/increase change readiness. Assessing stakeholders and planning engagement.In my prior role at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government I was a Portfolio Support Officer. I worked on a digital program that involved planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. I thoroughly enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares my passion for on time delivery and reaching the desired goal.My Civil Service career journey started as a Work Coach at Department for Work and Pensions back in 2021, where I helped to support more than 500 individuals into work or learning opportunities in 2.5 years. Due to my commitment to my role I felt confident enough to apply for a Team Leader TDA position in my first year which I was successful in. During my time at DWP I received an award for my hard work and dedication to the department. I learned some invaluable skills while working for the department and I believe it made me even more socially conscious, empathetic, and motivational.I am always eager to learn, develop, and progress in my field, and I have completed several courses and certifications in Operational Delivery and recently completed my Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner certification.My children are my biggest motivation and there love pushes me to be the best role model and to show them the importance of not limiting themselves. My goal is to work on projects and programs that support marginalised communities and make a positive impact on society.
