~ Assisted Producer with all evolving events; such as, calendar booking, data entry, updating and finalization of schedules, ads, documents, contracts and scripts, entertainment reviews, light bookkeeping, business and personal scheduling, flight scheduling and planning pre-production with continued training for production.  ~ Researches and maintains all social media, media libraries and reference sites for music and movies produced by owner, as well as legal and illegal use or infringement of said intellectual property/ownership. Point of contact when Producer is unavailable. Prepares research for owner when infringement located.  ~ Takes clear notes during rounds to ensure details of certain projects are met by  producer.  Prepares scripts for talent and director. Coordinates and advertises positions for entertainment extras through various employment job boards .
