Kim is a Chesterfield County native that has grown up in Richmond, Virginia. She attended Monacan High school and went on to attend VCU where she studied at the School of Business receiving her Bachelor of Science majoring in Marketing. Out of college she started her career as a Retail Store Manager and later went on to pursue a career in Banking. With 12 years of experience in banking she’s held positions as a Financial Service Advisor, Assistant Branch Manager, Loan Originator and Loan Processor. She realized her passion for real estate after going through the process herself several times and helping friends and families find homes. In addition to her professional skills, she loves to organize group trips and plan events such as weddings, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, etc. She decided to start a business that will bring her joy each day doing what she loves. She concluded that combining her skills and leaning into her strengths of connecting with people, giving experiences and helping others in the community would land her in real estate.
