I have worked in a variety of different styles of businesses including ones specialising in different demographics; ages, genders, ethnicities and cultures. With many years of experience under my belt I began developing my teaching, assessing and management skills. My first job role at a further education college gave me extremely strong foundations for teaching, assessing and management which enables me to be adaptable and flexible. I have taught level 1, 2 and 3 hairdressing, make up and beauty therapy. As well as level 4 advanced theatrical hair and media make up. I have managed hair and media make up. I have an all round knowledge, skills and experience. I am extremely focused and dedicated when I am given a task. I enjoy completing meaningful tasks which have a positive impact. Initially I trained as a hairdresser, then became a beauty therapist and a make up artist. I have a level 3 in hairdressing and beauty therapy and a level 4 in media make up. I hold a level 3 PTTLS, level 5 Certificate in education, level 3 assessing vocational achievement, level 4 internal quality assurer qualifications. My strengths are my ability to carry out different job roles including teaching, assessing, quality assurance and management. My knowledge and research skills. I develop my own resources, write schemes of work and curriculum design. I am a strict but fair person who is self managed and extremely organised. I am very meticulous when organising. I am a positive and forward thinker.In my spare time I enjoy learning new skills and working on professional and personal self development. I am currently studying level 5 in business management and leadership. I am developing as an internal quality assurer. My aim is to demonstrate a high level of skills, experience and standards in my job role and career. To develop and progress to the highest industry career pathway. To have a job role which enables me to utilise my academic skills.My hobbies and interests are debating because it allows me to critically think and problem solve. I am very creative and enjoy art and design. I like to sketch and paint. I attend networking, hair and beauty events. I enjoy taking part in and project managing social enterprises. I have worked on two successful grass roots projects which have a positive impact. I want to learn more about trichology which is the science of skin and hair and aesthetics advanced skin treatments. My goal is to become a manager in education. I enjoy the quality and training professionals aspects of the education industry.
