I was headhunted into this newly created role, whilst working in my previous company, with the objective to both expand the business and become SIA approved contractors, this was an ideal opportunity for me to drive the vision, using the various transferrable business skills. My main responsibilities were to:• Identify new business opportunities • Build and sustain long term, cost effective client partnerships• Liaise with local authorities and governing bodies with a view to securing SIA approved contractor status

Swindon Town Football club are a client of Platinum Security. I was offered a secondment role to cover the long term absence of a senior staff team member together with assisting with the transition of an internal transfer, again a senior position within the club. During my tenure, I supported the delivery a successful operation for the safe return of crowds to the stadium. This project included external audits from both the local authority and the English Football League. Both inspections were passed with minimal corrective measures and I received outstanding reports from both. I also lead the compilation and implementation of continuous improvement, particularly around business processes and Covid-19 secure documentation, Human Resource delivery and the day to day operation of the stadium were also part of my responsibilities.Building and sustaining relationships both internally and externally were pivitol, with mental wellbeing always a daily priority, especially for those effected by furlough.

Supporting the Manager of an established Nightclub with an annual turnover of £1.4million. it was a 700, person capacity venue which operated evenings from Thursday to Sunday. My main responsibilities in this role were implementing various systems to improve operational efficiency and continue to deliver the company profit. I mentored the management team to ensure effective business continuity and continuously strived to improve the business. I worked very closely with the police and local authority and managed the Security, Safety and Licensing aspects of the business which is where I developed my knowledge to take me into the Security industry.
