I am a highly driven, self motivated individual, who thrives in new and challenging situations, whilst thinking outside the box. I have been delivering great customer service for seventeen years, working within the Financial sector. I go the extra mile for every customer/stakeholder that I come into contact with. I build solid and sincere relationships with my customers and colleagues which in turn enables me to achieve goals and objectives given to me. Through my experiences in Banking I have developed strong organisational, stakeholder management, communication skills and analytical capabilities. In addition, I have built a compelling knowledge and understanding of Compliance, Conduct and Operational risk. Strong knowledge of risk management and frameworks (Enterprise Risk) as well as IBM open pages. I managed a small specialist risk team in enhancing risk and framework oversight. I am self-motivated and eager to learn new things and strive to be a role model for others whilst maintaining a thirst to succeed.I work within the Financial Sector on a part time, agile home working basis, but want to expand and build a solid career. In addition, I have grown my knowledge and experience by being the Director of my own business Walk Well Foot Health where I am a qualified Foot Health Practitioner. I have been an advocate and leader in Inclusion and Diversity in all aspects of my work and would like to have further involvement in the Vulnerable Customer space.
