I coordinate the program for the Instrument Panel and the Door Trim Panel from beginning to Launch. This included, making sure engineering is on task to complete each target date set in our program timing. I am re-sponsible for writing all concerns, notices, alerts and Bill of Materials (Ok to Tools). I manage all of the Engineering Parts List and keep them up to date along with report them out to the Manufacturing Plant. I am in-volved with Ford Change Control to report out on timing from a design and engineering standpoint. I am re-sponsible for Bill of Material Management, running Net Meetings, Presentations in Powerpoint and putting to-gether Program Binders for the team. etc
