During my studies I held a casual supervisor role at the local Video Ezy. I ran the shop solely during the managers weeks off, having responsibility to do banking, title ordering, in store decisions, inputing stock arrivals as well as handling complaints and training new staff.

As any good first job should, I learnt team building skills and positive customer service within a fast paced environment. Also the responsibility and confidence for closing proceedures, banking and stock take.I held the role after Graduating High school in the NT, before moving to Brisbane for University.
