As Vice President at HubSpot, I lead the INBOUND brand which is made up of the INBOUND event and the year-round video show, 'The INBOUND Studio'. I have grown the INBOUND team from 2 to 25+ people, restructured our financial model, created and executed upon a 3 and then 5-year business plan for growth, grown registrants at the event from 7,500 to 26,000 since 2014, grown ticket and sponsorship revenue and launched a video show that achieves up to 1M views per week while having the opportunity to put a spotlight on stories of company and personal growth.The INBOUND Event: Hosted with love my HubSpot, INBOUND is an event that celebrates the human, helpful side of business, inspiring us all to grow better. INBOUND's purpose is to provide the inspiration, education, and connections you need to grow and transform your business. In 2019, we had 26,000+ attendees from all around the world with us in Boston and we're excited to be bigger than ever this year. As the first hire in the LinkedIn International HQ in Dublin, I worked as part of the EMEA Talent Solutions leadership and the global marketing team to grow LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business outside the US. Being a part of the LinkedIn team, especially early on, was an incredible experience. I learned so much and got to work with incredibly smart and passionate people who genuinely inspired me every day. It is an experience I will always be grateful for. I saw first hand what scale looks like, how amazing it is and what the challenges can be. I built the first International Talent Solutions Marketing team and worked on the country launches for LinkedIn Netherlands, Sweden, Dubai, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France as well as supporting the growth of our UK and Ireland business. I also worked closely with HQ in the US on global acquisition and retention/up-sell campaigns.
