As a key member in the Asset Operations Team, I managed and maintained the movements of all LDD assets within all states and territories.My day-to-day entailed:• Processing of all asset movement requests in a timely and efficient manner• Drive improved asset performance through analysis of Fridge Effectiveness reports• Processing of all asset department invoices• Work alongside National and State stakeholders to ensure effective placement of assets• Effective communication to Suppliers and Field Sales teams• Daily updates of databases; National Fridge System, Siebel and SAP• Analysis of Sales reports to warrant fridge upgrades in sitesMy key achievements in this role were:• Sole responsibility for managing the Service and Repairs inbox• Completed SAP User documentation and user guides for ABE processing of Placements, Collections & Repairs.• Worked through the process for the Sale of Asset to Customers and wrote up the process documents for future use. • Conducted SAP Asset Management user testing
