• Began role as PMO Analyst and quickly promoted to PMO Lead.• Provided PMO support to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Risk, Health and Safety (RHS) programmes. • Provided PMO support to the EUC (End User Computing), Fileshare and Archive project; part of the wider business critical Bank Separation Programme, including:o Project Methodology: Ensuring compliance with the Group Methodology and processes & procedures.o Governance: Responsible for preparing, quality assuring and tracking deliverables to ensure completion in line with the gateway process.o RAIDDA Management: Ensuring regular review / update and adherence to the Risk Management Methodology.o Reporting: Production and quality assurance of status reports in line with submission deadlines for the Group Technology Steering Committee. o Meeting Management: Scheduling and attending key governance meetings; capturing decisions and actions and following up as required.
