Overseeing the organisation and execution of all aspects of the Sling Show in partnership with Mhairi Christie. Sling Show Scotland is the only show dedicated to slings in Scotland. It is an annual show with around 500+ attendees.

My job involved dealing with a high volume of consumer enquiries via email, telephone and letter. I used SAP on a daily basis to record all data and aided the transition from a SAP system to Salesforce to streamline our department.
