The team assessments have confirmed my skillset to read people and to personally adapt my behaviour towards individuals from different cultures in order to reach to best potential. Getting in touch with Marketing, Sales, Concept Development, Project Management and Change Management, I realised that this is also a part where I can excel. Being used to observe, analyse and improve processes on a day to day base, I am a pro-active decision maker that can handle stress situations with poise. My natural interest in analysing and optimising processes in combination with my experience in organising, leading and coaching makes me believe that I possess the unique skillset needed to lead a team with a marketing purpose.
