Through the HR Operations Partners, this role is responsible for the delivery of case management services, investigations and implementation support of the annual cycle of HR campaign activities. Serving industries such as banking, retail, public transport, and critical infrastructure, My role initially was an autonomous start up role for Australia & New Zealand (200 FTE) reporting directly to the Country Manager, however later evolved into an APAC leadership role, to drive best practice initiatives across the greater region (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia).I was responsible for designing and implementing local and global HR practices across the APAC region as part of a large matrix structure and managing large scale change projects, such as the transition toward offshoring office support and manufacturing operations to India and China respectively. I was also responsible for providing sound strategic and operational level support and advice to APAC Regional Manager, Country Manager and Senior Management staff on Employment Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Organisational Development and Change Management.

Working for sgfleet for over 10 years in total, I was part of the original merger and acquisition between SMB Fleet Management and Fleet Australia which later formed sgfleet. My role started in an autonomous start up role (200 FTE) and continued to scale over my time, until my last position as HR Manager ANZ (600+ FTE). This was a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO responsible for managing the full range of HR activities across ANZ as well as providing HR generalist advice to Senior Business Leaders and Line Managers both at operational and strategic levels.Responsible for management of all ER and IR related matters, general and specialist recruitment activities, performance management, succession planning and training and development requirements. In this role I would also partner with Business Excellence & Legal in regard to all major change projects, such as organisational and resource development solutions, acquisitions and mergers.
