As a program management professional , I have over 10 years of experience in leading the charge in delivering top-notch point of care solutions in the healthcare business and technology sectors. I have a passion for transforming ideas into market-leading solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of care delivery for millions of patients and providers.In my most recent role at UnitedHealthcare, I conceptualized and implemented the organization’s first use case of a transaction-based solution imbedded in physician workflow through Practice Management System/EMR integrations known as PreCheck MyScript. This innovative solution enables providers to check patient eligibility, benefits, and medication costs at the point of care, improving patient satisfaction and reducing administrative burden. I secured and managed over $38M in capital and resources, ensuring optimal deployment and governance of interoperability technology assets. I also achieved notable provider adoption rates through strategic partnerships, user engagement, and operational excellence. Additionally, I spearheaded development and administration initiatives for provider operations for Medicaid health plans, managing project workflow with precision and resolving complex issues in dynamic, high-matrix environments. I have a strong background in process improvement, electronic health records, product adoption, and interoperability technology.
