I am a dedicated, Human Resource professional with 15+ years of experience and a focus on employee relations and customer service. I developed a trusted and competent Human Resource department providing consultative services and operational support.As a Human Resource professional, I oversee employee relations, recruitment, and retention, as well as policy development and benefits program development and maintenance. My current objectives are developing strategies to help in organizational pandemic recovery, analyzing stay survey results and developing communication strategies as well as strategic planning, including succession planning.My experience includes HRIS, strategic planning, mission development, small group facilitation, policy development and implementation, and training. I currently supervise 2 employees and in past roles have supervised 50 employees. I also serve my community on the local school board and planning commission. I recently co-facilitated a “Race and Reconciliation” group at my church for 10 sessions. This difficult work has had a lasting impact on the participants and has inspired the group to seek to persuade church leaders to take meaningful action to spark lasting change.
