In my role prior to this, I worked as a Senior Instructor Analyst at Accenture for their Social Media client. This included on-boarding and training new hires on platform-specific content and sales techniques across an eight week training and nesting schedule. I exhibited and honed excellent time management and organizational skills, cross-team collaboration and presenting to groups virtually and in-person. Rewinding further, my first role at Accenture was as an Inside Sales Associate; hitting sales KPIs, and serving a book of 150 quarterly clients by answering queries and providing recommendations related to their advertising within the social media platform. In my experience in paid digital marketing, I’ve also dabbled in SEO and content management, writing and editing long- and short-form content. It’s the versatility and dynamism that I enjoy in the marketing field the most.I enjoy working with people and pride myself in my intercommunication and social skills. Empathy is one of my strong suits, making me great at people management. I also boast of having great time-management skills- I can juggle enough tasks and never miss a deadline.
